Spam - Zero Tolerance

To "spam" is to send e-mail to people who have not specifically requested it. PowerSender accounts are not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that PowerSender does not take lightly.

PowerSender Does NOT Condone Spam:

Concerning spam, the PowerSender Service Agreement reads:

"Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using a email address, URL that is maintained on a PowerSender machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to PowerSender is STRICTLY prohibited. PowerSender will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the PowerSender Service Agreement and subject to legal action."

PowerSender's Zero Tolerance Policy on Spam:

If a PowerSender account is used to spam, and PowerSender is notified, that account will be closed. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any leads in his account.

There's more to spam tha just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages ca also be classified as spam, and are not permitted on the PowerSender system.
 

Help PowerSender Stamp out Spam:

If you have received a unsolicited e-mail from a PowerSender account, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to abuse@powersender.net. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.
